De tijd gaat nu in, which translates to “the time starts now", marks a shift from hesitation to action. Originally designed in 2018 as a single poster named "TIJD", it is now expanded into a series of posters. The name change was not just aesthetic, it was a real declaration.
This project serves as the headliner for my portfolio launch because it is the representation of a pivotal shift in my practice, moving from hesitation to execution. It is a visual reminder that the perfect moment does not exist, we create it by acting. Through the interplay of typography, color, and blur, this project invites viewers to confront their own relationship with time and hesitation.
It is not just a study of design, it is a meditation on the courage to begin right now.
